Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jililo ("jililo," "we," "us," "our"). In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and engage in real-money gaming on jililo. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. jililo strictly enforces this policy and will request valid government-issued identification to verify age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. jililo's services are intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. jililo does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one (1) jililo account. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, IP address, or device may be suspended. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. jililo is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
2.5 Account Verification. jililo may require identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or any other government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jililo login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 jililo will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact jililo support immediately.
3.3 jililo recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. You are responsible for keeping your registered Philippine mobile number active and accessible.
3.4 You must not allow any other person to use your jililo account. Accounts are non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or assign an account to another person is prohibited and will result in account termination.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jililo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jililo's discretion. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jililo reserves the right to apply transaction limits for security or compliance purposes.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful identity verification. jililo reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC checks or investigation of suspected fraud.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. jililo does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jililo is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.1 jililo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
5.3 jililo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where practicable.
5.4 Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements – is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
5.5 jililo reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a promotion was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these terms.
6.1 All games available on jililo are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
6.2 All game outcomes on jililo are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). jililo does not manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and available for each game.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, jililo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jililo is not liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game. jililo reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jililo and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
jililo employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine authorities in investigations of financial crime. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

8.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from jililo may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, jililo will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jililo's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jililo content without prior written consent.
10.1 jililo's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jililo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 jililo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use jililo's services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
10.3 jililo's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
10.4 jililo is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages beyond jililo's reasonable control.
11.1 jililo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
11.2 By registering on jililo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
11.3 jililo implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect player data. However, no online transmission is completely secure, and jililo cannot guarantee absolute data security.
12.1 jililo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of jililo's services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using jililo's services and close your account.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be submitted to jililo's customer support team for resolution. jililo will endeavour to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
